I just need to say that the owner of this property was very nice and I hate writing a review about this location because he was great. When we first checked in the house was DISGUSTING. When I say disgusting I mean nothing was cleaned at all. The floors were sticky with residue and black residual substance like they hadn’t been scrubbed in months. There was trash everywhere, under couches inside the fireplace under the table on top of dressers meaning there’s no way they were even cleaned. The blue towels all throughout the house were soaking wet. So wet they left stains on the white armoire upstairs in the bathroom. I don’t think they even went through a dry cycle. We spent our entire first day deep cleaning the entire house from top to bottom. The mop heads were so black that we had to change them every few feet just to get the place clean. We complained to the management company and I talked to the manager. He was very apologetic and offered us back our cleaning fee which I accepted since I understand mistakes are made. I have been trying to get in contact with them now for 3.5 MONTHS to get the cleaning fee sent back. Bree is the contact point who said the check was on the way to us about a month ago. Now won’t even respond to me. I’m at a loss at what to do but during the midst of a pandemic having a disgusting property should be embarrassing and taken care of right away. We paid a lot of money to stay there and to be completely disregarded is unacceptable. Also there is no air conditioning on the 1st level and it was so uncomfortable we had to go out and buy an air conditioner just to survive august in Idaho at about 100 degrees a day it was miserable.
