“Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

“Beautiful house, close to everything. The host was very accommodating. We had a burn out porch light and he came over and fixed it for us and was very pleasant. Help us locate some places to go would definitely stay here again super relaxing.”

“This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again! ”

“Received an email that was supposed to give us our entry access. However, had to communicate several times to receive our access code. Kitchen was great although a Table Cloth was placed on the formal table that could have been pressed, as it was very wrinkled. The front outside entrance and window screens/framing could have been swept or hosed down. We were unable to use the spa after the first night due to maintenance issues. We had a great time! It was a very comfortable place with beauty all...

We are originally from the area and loved being able to walk right downtown from the house. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone traveling to Couer D Alene”

“It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

“Wow we all loved the property it had everything we could need with lots if space for everyone to do group activities or to find a quiet to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you on all sides the shooting range was well stocked with targets for hours of enjoyment the trout ponds have massive trout you can feed the house its self was huge and very homey and welcoming i couldn't be happier with our stay i recommend staying here 1000% ken and the sprinkler repair crew ”

“Had a blast at this lovely house! It had every amenity that family could wish for and then some! Felt very nostalgic like summer at grandmas house….. but scaled up ! Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing lake house!”

“The house had everything you need from pots and pans different coffee machines kids toys games paddle boards kayaks life jackets great air conditioning hot tub dock for our boat we had an amazing time and would definitely go back thanks for sharing your beautiful home ”

“Nice, clean, unique house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, fun activities at the house, and close to everything in town. Our family walked down to the river a couple times as well. Was a great home base for multiple days at Silverwood. Our dog appreciated the grassy back yard and we appreciated the fence.”

“Beautiful setting, direct lakefront. Home was very clean and inviting. On site hosts were great. Very clear directions. Let us check in early and even offered to help us blow up water floaties. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.”

“Lots of room. Looks like a smaller home when you pull up but the house keeps going once you are in it. We had 14 adults and have plenty of room for everyone. Zero issues! Corn Hole, soccer balls and net was a huge plus for yard games! We brought our own camper chairs for outside and it worked out great! ”
