This is one of the best set up properties we have ever stayed at. It was beyond well equipped. Everything was spotless on arrival. The street is so quiet, and the area is perfect for walking or biking to the waterfront or downtown. It is almost too close to Midtown and the Panhandle Ice Cream shop.

Central location for all our activities. Well stocked and clean kitchen, great host, large backyard,, comfy seating on porch, and comfy beds. Older decor and steps upstairs were steep. Some rooms newly renovated. Reasonably priced for this part of town.

Outstanding experience

This was perhaps our most gracious host to date. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Her home was clean, beautiful, and so charming. There were extra little amenities all throughout the house that made us feel at home. She was wonderfully communicative and accessible when needed. We will definitely book again! Such a lovely experience and a beautiful historic home.

Christmas in Coeur d’Alene

Our family spent Christmas in this lovely home The house was decorated for the season. From the kitchen that was stocked with every item you would ever need to cook a festive meal to the homey feel of the entire home. No detail was missed. We were so warm and cozy we didn’t want to leave. Our host went out of her way to make us feel at home. I recommend this house for any family gathering.

The home is wonderful for friends and families to vacation together. The lake is close.

Property is very neat and clean, the decor is very impressive. The house really is very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 children. We really enjoyed the property it has a large dining/kitchen area to visit in, living room was comfortable also.

Getaway with the grandparents and Uncle

This is second year coming to Coeur D’Alene with our kids, my brother and my parents. This house was great for our group, there were tons of games and the kids loved the x box. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. You can walk downtown, to Safeway etc, the location is great! 10/10 would recommend this property for a family getaway!

5 Pines is Awesome

We just loved the 5 pines, Beautiful older home that has been wonderfully re-modeled. The 5 Pines was well stocked with everything that we needed, conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown. Highly recommend the 5 Pines when visiting Couer d'Alene as you won't be disappointed.

Perfectly located!

This was the perfect home for us to stay in. It was next to everything we needed (resort & college) for a 4 day Republican convention. All the ladies loved it! Kristi was the perfect host and super easy to work with! House was very clean and we all loved the decor. Plenty of parking too!

Great place for family vacation

Lovely property, nice yard, very pet friendly. Great kitchen and plenty of room for a large family to stay. Not so good if you have any mobility issues, as the stairs to the second floor are rather steep. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay

Check in was very easy. The accommodations were very well equipped. The house had everything you needed. Nice coffee maker, tea for some of us, and a small ice chest for the park, lake or river, Beach towels that we used and cleaned, lots of blankets, plenty of rooms for everyone, and stands for our luggage. I can go on and on. The home is one for the books. The owners thought of everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay on your beautiful home.

Lovely Home

Lovely property. Wasn’t sure at first as it is next to an apartment building and some interesting neighbours, cats and dogs. But everything and everybody, like so much of CDA and Northern Idaho was so real and friendly. The pine trees are massive and we were greeted by a doe and fawn on our arrival. New AC. Clean and very well equipped for a family stay. Recommended

Comfy House

We had a nice stay at Five Pines!! My husband and I, our youngest son and his wife and two grandchildren stayed in this beautifulhouse! The house was clean, comfortable and roomy for us all. The kitchen was well equipped and bath had lots of extra towels, extra pillows and quilts for bedrooms and air conditioning was great. Nice shady areas out front and in the backyard and porch. Our granddaughters enjoyed the rope swing everyday!! The only issue really was that the front door lock didn’t work, so it wasn't convenient for us. We would all stay here again as it is so close to downtown and the beach.
