Cozy and lovely!

This house was so fun! Walking distance to everything we love about Coeur d'Alene in the summer! Park, beach, restaurants, etc. Skate park for the kids to play and a small park to play! The house is small but so cozy! The queen bed upstairs is so comfortable. The beds in the 2nd room is great for kids but i wouldnt recommend for adults because they are small. The ac works great in all rooms and it kept a great temperature during our stay. The kitchen is small, so not a stock up kind of refrigerator but restaurants are everywhere! Washer and dryer work great and if you want a cda experience i highly recommend!

Great Location. Park is right in front of the house and beach is one block up. Super convenient. Nice house, perfect for four. Nice parking area. Definitely recommend and would rent again.

Great house, fabulous location

Would absolutely recommend this property. Walkable to Main Street and all the water activities. Great outdoor space. It’s a separate house behind the main house, so very close to another rental, so it’s safe and quiet. Host was prompt and easy to communicate with, and my friends and I had a lovely trip!

Great first time experience. Host was excellent. And super easy check in. Just recommend a bit better cleaning crew, it wasn’t awful but definately needs a deep clean.

Close and Clean

We really enjoy this little property. It was so nice to be so close to the beach and downtown. We could bike and walk to all the fun shops in town. We loved having the option to have our pups there with the enclosed yard. Thanks for a great stay!

Just book it!

This place is perfect! You can’t beat its location! The rental itself is adorable. Nicely furnished and appointed with extra touches such as an ice maker and plenty of water toys and chairs, coolers, etc. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat and plan to do so next time we’re in CDA.

Location was wonderful!

Flo was so good we couldn’t get in and she took good care having someone come right over to help us. The cottage is decorated so Cute and well stocked with everything! Location was wonderful you can walk everywhere! We would stay here again for sure! We had a Great time! Thanks again!

Loved it!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I’ve traveled to Coeur d’Alene several times before and this stay has been my favorite, by far! Can’t beat the location, amenities, and convenience of not having to use our car to stroll downtown for perusing, eating, and activities. Great find and we absolutely loved our stay!

Convenience plus!

Super cute and well stocked house in prime location. Our kids loved the park and courts across the street, and as a family, we really enjoyed walking along the promenade and the Main Street just steps from the property. Would highly recommend and we plan to be back later this summer!

Great little house in a perfect location

As a family we loved this location, everything was so close by! We took advantage of the park across the street and being able to walk to downtown and along the beach without having to drive anywhere. Flo was very helpful during the whole process and with giving recommendations.

It was the Perfect Location!

Everything we wanted to do was within a walking distance, or a short drive. The park across the street was beautiful and the beach could be accessed easily. Also at the beach area, was a ferry ride, and paddle board rentals. It was a bit cold, so we plan to come back in the summer for parasailing and a boat rental. Sherman Street was a big hit for shopping, restaurants, live music. There was room for everyone to spread out or come together. Would definitely recommend!

Super cute house in awesome location!

The location of the house couldn’t be any better! You can literally walk everywhere. Loved that it’s right across the street from the park and close to the water. The house itself is darling and roomy, with nice touches throughout, like games and crafts supplies for kids and toothbrushes and other toiletries. I had a great time enjoying everything Coeur d’Alene with my friends and we can’t wait to come back!

Central and perfect location

Prior to booking, I reached out to the owner because of a previous vacationer’s reviews about the furniture not matching the listing pictures. Flo assured us the photos had been updated and are as seen in the photos. The guesthouse is super cute and plenty spacious, with everything we needed. There was even a gate provided to keep our baby from wandering up the stairs. Best part was the location! We knew the house would be relatively close to everywhere we wanted to visit in downtown Coeur d’Alene, but it wasn’t until arrival that we realized just how close to downtown the guesthouse really was. It was so nice to be able to walk to everywhere and Tubbs Hill and barely have to use our car! Thanks Flo for an awesome stay!
