It was very clean and neat. The guest bed was probably a full size, not a queen. We had 5 adults. The other guest bedroom had a trundle bed. We expected a queen. The location is several miles from downtown and a view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay!

PERFECT

We came to CDA to attend a family wedding and needed a place for 6 adults to stay. The property was immaculate and accommodated all our needs and more. Well stocked and all needs anticipated. The master bedroom mattress is amazing! Super comfy! Very centrally located between downtown and Hayden lake.. I will be asking the owner what kind of mattress they have , I want to buy one! Would definitely rent this place again !!

Great property and host

This was our first time visiting Ceour D’Alene, and we were not familiar with the area. This property is like new and very clean and well kept. Although it is not near the lake, it is convenient to get downtown within minutes. The neighborhood feels safe, and appears to be “turning over” from more dated properties. It is very quiet. The beds are comfortable and amenities are thoughtfully well-appointed. The host went out of his way to drop off the garage remote and additional Nespresso pods upon request. Definitely a good experience.

Wonderful Stay

This property hit all the marks for our trip. The cleanliness of the property was great, the communication from Vadim was excellent, and the property had all the amenities we needed for cooking, showering, cleaning, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly as described

This home was exactly what was described on the site, very modest so we felt like home. Kitchen was adequately equipped with clean appliances. Was convenient to commute ti silverwood back and forth for 4 days. Vadim communicated regularly and promptly prior and during our stay. Would stay again if we ever visit Idaho.

Comfy, clean and cute

We come to Coeur d’Alene quite a bit and decided to try a VRBO this time. I’m a bit picky on where I will stay. This did not disappoint. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was cute and nice to come back to at the end of our daily adventures. The personal touches were noticed and enjoyed. Close to downtown and marina. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Outstanding property

Outstanding property that was beautiful and centrally located to all the activities in and around the area. Only 10 minute drive to downtown Coeur d'Alene and half hour drive to Silverwood Park. Owner provided lots of pluses like beach towels, laundry detergent and shampoos/body washes. We were a family of 4 adults and two little girls, age 6 and 2 and it was great for a family. The child room with trundle bed was great for the children and the toys to use was a pluis.

Beautiful home in great location

This home was clean top to bottom and was such a comfortable place to call home for a few days. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable living areas, and even some toys and books for my little kids. The location was close to anything you may need, and it was a quick trip up to Silverwood as well. Vadim was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Coeur d’Alene.
