Panoramic Coeur D'Alene Lake View - 5 minuter till stan

Cirka 1400 kvadratmeter hem har två sovrum, ett badrum, stort rum, matsal, kök (se anmärkningar). Sovrum på huvudnivån har king size-säng. På övervåningen finns ett stort rum som fungerar som ett sovrum och vardagsrum. Värdar en, queen size-säng, två våningssängar.
Köket är fullt utrustat inklusive kokplatta, varmluftsmikrovågsugn, kylskåp, mixer, kaffebryggare, brödrost. Sängkläder inkluderar sängkläder och handdukar.
Vyerna och inställningen för denna fastighet är ett riktigt exempel på vad Idaho har att erbjuda. Den woodsy inställningen, ganska orörd utsikt över sjön gör det allt värt. Vi är mycket nära alla sjöaktiviteter bara 7 minuter till centrum av Coeur d'Alene och inom 30-45 minuter till Spokane flygplats, Silverwood Theme Park och tre stora skidorter inklusive Switzer, Silver Mountain och Spokane Mountain. Tillgång till motorvägen I-90 ligger bara 5 minuter från detta hem.

Vår kurs är $ 145 till $ 185 per natt beroende på årstid. Vi erbjuder reducerade för veckopriser 6 natt minimum. Vi kräver $ 105 städavgift. Priset är för familjer som inkluderar 2 vuxna och 2 barn. We were so excited about our vacation and looked forward to our stay. This property was a huge disappointment. To gain direct access to the main living area you had to go down about 16 plus stairs and then up another 11 stairs which was outside the house. If you enter via the driveway entrance which the front door opens up and you are right inside the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed and full size bed and spiral staircase which you then maneuver down this very narrow spiral staircase which was very dangerous carrying luggage, etc., and not recommended for children and animals. Also the only bathroom was downstairs, which wasn't fun. The house was claustrophobic, uncomfortable and not very inviting. Outside, is extremely small as well there is a very small concrete pad with about 7 chairs in a semi circle, no lounge chairs for you to enjoy. If you are planning to bring kayaks or a boat, don't, there is nowhere to park or keep them! Sad to say we were so uncomfortable we left a day early from our vacation.

It was the e perfect location for a ladies weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday!! It was quiet, with a wonderful patio area where we could just relax, drink coffee, eat, and hangout. The location was perfect to get to town or on the freeway quickly. Judi was a great host too!!

Beautiful property. Best view ever! Sat on the outdoor patio for every meal. Cooked all our meals had everything I needed. We loved playing ping pong, uno and air hockey with the kids. Can’t wait to come back we would love to stay again!

Beautiful location and peaceful setting

Nice property that was very clean and in a quiet area with lake views. Easy to get into town. The only word of caution for anyone considering this property would be the spiral staircase. There is only 1 bathroom in the property and it is located down a spiral staircase. This wasn't apparent to me when I booked and while it did not cause any issues for me and my family, it was a bit of a surprise as a senior member of our party needed to navigate the stairs a bit carefully and it took a bit of a toll on their knees.

Amazing cabin! Super private and quiet. Amazing lake views! Located on the centennial bike trail that allows easy access to downtown CDA and goes all the way to Spokane. Super comfy beds. Awesome garage playroom with additional futon. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas. It was super hot when we visited and the A/C units worked great. Ideally located just a few minutes to downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill trails and Tony’s and Vantage Brewery even closer. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

Nice view

The property was easy to access and close to town. Nice view of the lake. The stairs to get down to the main living area are a bit tight we left a light on to navigate the bathroom at night. The property was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. Only suggestion is beef up the internet please. It was spotty and only 10 mb at best.

Amazing guest house

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us.

Very Nice Place

We had a very nice stay during Christmas week. Luckily, our son had some streaming channels he was able to sign in for us because there are no cable channels. I was glad to see there was a washer/dryer because there was conflicting information about that. We had a little trouble figuring out the heating since there were several separate thermostats and wall units. The electric fireplace heater never worked and only beeped constantly so we didn’t use it. We were very close to town and enjoyed several restaurants and cooked at the cabin as well. We had plenty of room in the bedroom and closet and the view was beautiful. We saw an eagle in a tree right next to the picture windows and several deer as well. The parking was also very convenient. Overall, the cabin was very neat and clean and well equipped for our stay.

Great time

Had a wonderful stay- close enough to town that we were able to make the trip often without it feeling like a chore but also felt that we were in a more remote setting when we were at the house. The house was well equipped and left us wanting nothing more. Our teen boys LOVED the ping pong table. Very clean, great communication with the owners- all around a 5-star visit!

Cute place.

Good location. I thought the cabin was cute. It has a nice view of the lake. Its right off the lake trail. Its 4 minutes to a fun mexican restaurant where I had a great strawberry jalapeño margarita. We had a great trip to Coeur d'Alene staying here.

Great Place with Beautiful Views

Wonderful place with wonderful hosts. GREAT VIEWS from every corner. The cabin worked perfectly for our family of 4. Our 2 preteen boys loved the game room. The atypical layout gave them their own space upstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, you will have to use some stairs, but we had no issues. The outdoor patio was great for a grill-out. Highly recommend.

Tranquil retreat

Judy and Jim’s place was the perfect spot to start our family road trip vacation! Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the game room was a hit with the whole family. The house is close enough to the city center to find everything you need but far enough away to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of CDA.
