The Space:

1. Check-In & Access:

Your access code for the smart keypad lock is the key to getting into your room. Simply enter the code provided before your arrival, and the door will unlock for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.



2. Wi-Fi:

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all our guests, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. The Wi-Fi network name and password are provided in your welcome email and also located in the room for your convenience.



3. The Bedroom:

Your cozy full-sized bed with crisp white linens is waiting for you! After a fun day exploring the local attractions, relax and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Don’t hesitate to adjust the room’s lighting and settings to suit your perfect rest.



4. Kitchenette:

The kitchenette in your room is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, countertop ice maker, and microwave – everything you need for a simple snack or light meal. There’s also cupboard space available for your personal items. Feel free to use the space as you would in your own home!



5. Bathroom Amenities:

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials you'll need, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and fresh towels. Everything is brand new, so you can enjoy a refreshing start to your day or unwind after your adventures.



6. Check-Out:

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on your departure day. Please leave the keycode access door locked when you depart. If you have any special requests or need a later check-out time, feel free to reach out in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You're in the heart of Coeur d'Alene! Take advantage of the nearby lakes, hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, there’s always something to do. Don’t forget to check out the seasonal events that attract visitors from all over the world!

Located in the heart of historic Coeur d'Alene, our neighborhood offers easy access to all the town has to offer. Enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options, year-round community events, local art, cafes, and antique shops. You'll be just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and only 5 minutes from the local golf course a short 7 minute drive to the Kootenai hospital. For more adventure, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes to Silver Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, Triple Play, featuring a year-round indoor water park, is just 15 minutes away!



Getting Around:

Getting around The Flats is a breeze! You'll find free street parking readily available. For those arriving by air, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. While Coeur d'Alene is best explored by car, you're within walking distance of many attractions. Public transportation options are limited, but ride-sharing services are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is cozy and best suited for solo travelers. If you need more space, we also offer larger queen rooms and a one-bedroom apartment in the same building. Message us for details on our bigger units and availability.
