• Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The freshly updated kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a GE Profile microwave, electric range, and dishwasher. You'll love the spacious Samsung fridge with two ice makers and a self-filling water pitcher, plus a large stainless steel sink.

• Primary Suite: Your private sanctuary includes a king-sized bed, a Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious, green-tiled walk-in shower and a floating vanity with a well-lit, anti-fog mirror.

• Guest Bedrooms: Two comfortable guest rooms each feature a queen-sized bed. For your convenience, one bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV and Retro game console for the kids featuring thousands of classic arcade and retro style games with 4 controllers, while the other remains a tech-free zone for ultimate relaxation.

• Laundry: A dedicated laundry room with a GE Profile washer and dryer, along with provided detergent, makes longer stays a breeze.

• Gym and Sauna: directly across the parking lot is the condo clubhouse. Enjoy access to the full gym and steam sauna during your stay.

• The condo is pet friendly and there is a dog run area off the parking lot and lots of nearby areas for taking your pets on walks.

Your stay is hosted by Village Collective, a local, family-run team based in Coeur d'Alene. We've been hosting in North Idaho since 2017 and care for every home like it's our own, because we're owners too. You'll receive a detailed guidebook pointing you toward the local makers, growers, coffee roasters, and neighborhood spots we actually love. If anything comes up during your stay, we're always just a message away.

Late check-outs are typically not available. Our local cleaning team runs a tight schedule between stays, and shifting a cleaning window is genuinely difficult for them. Honoring the 10:00 AM time keeps the home ready and welcoming for the next guests.

We're genuinely dog friendly, not just dog tolerant. We take up to three dogs, which is rare around here, because we know how hard it is to find somewhere that will take the whole family.

The pet fee is $100 per dog. It pays for the deep clean afterward, which is what lets us welcome your dog and still hand the house to a guest with allergies the following week.

Two things we ask. Dogs off the beds and upholstered furniture, we can launder bedding but we can't launder a mattress. And no dogs left loose in the house alone, because unfamiliar rooms make even well behaved dogs anxious. Bring a crate if yours will be on their own at any point.
