Unfortunately we have no control over the NBN network. There are boosters located around the property to minimise this, but just like the mobile network there are black spots.

Hello David, We are sorry that you feel this way, we can do many things, but controlling the sun is not one of them! If anything, we have had compliments about the pool being warmer than the ocean water. I guess it's different for everyone. We are only a 2 minute walk to Park Beach Plaza, which is very convenient for our guests for any length of stay. At the time of booking, we send an email to notify of our reception hours. As explained for your safety and the safety of all guests we do not leave keys out, unless you are a known guest. We are currently in the process of repainting all units, so this is being addressed.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes you specifically booked a two bedroom garden villa, but nowhere on your booking does it state you required a ground floor unit. None of the units have the capacity to make the beds into a double, this type of unit needs to be booked. Slightly confused about your statement of we want to go home, as we actually live on site?
