Avkopplande och trivsam
Fantastiskt avkopplande miljö. De närliggande stränderna är mycket bra och alla pooler som finns är välutformat och underhållen. Man får dessutom tillgång till handdukar för strand eller pool. Maten i restaurangen är absolut värd pengarna även om det är lite högre prisnivå. Då man inte har en bokat parkeringsplats kan det händer att man måste parkerar längre bort. Eftersom anläggningen är stor, så kan det tar upp till 5 minuters promenad till restaurangen eller receptionen. För självhushåll finns ett inköpscentrum 5 minuter bort med bil.

Kom med bil och var inte mörkrädd.
Resorten är av typen massor med bungalows med snirkliga gångvägar i djungelliknande miljö. Jag kom då det var mörkt och hade svårigheter att hitta mitt boende eftersom belysningen var undermålig och gångarna många. Lampan vid min dörr fungerade inte så det var kolsvart och jag gick använda mobilen för att lysa upp och hitta nyckelhålet. Jag reser ensam så det kändes väldigt obehagligt. Jag hade bokat ett standard hotellrum och hade inte tänkt så mycket mer på det. Men när jag kom och fick mig tilldelat en liten bungalow i en radhuslänga i områdets allra yttersta kant, säkert 500 meter från reception och restaurang så kändes det inte rolig. Inte som man var tvungen att gå i mörker då det blir mörkt vid femtiden så här års. När jag så fick upp min dörr så möttes jag av en äcklig doft av blöt hund och gammal cigarettrök. En äcklig gammal heltäckningsmatta, sunkig soffa och gardiner stod för det. Det var jättekallt dessutom. Efter en stunds övervägande tog jag mitt bagage och letade mig tillbaka till receptionen och berättade om min besvikelse. De var rara och ordnade ett mycket bättre boende för mig. En nyare bungalow utan heltäckningsmatta och närmre till restaurangen. Jag kom utan bil och det är inte att rekommendera eftersom det är en timmes promenad in till Coffs Harbour och inga bussar går ut till Aanuka. Man kan inte köpa någonting på resorten, förutom dyra rätter från menyn, så behöver man något måste man gå eller ta taxi till affären. Fint läge vid stranden!! Lyhört!

The staff was all wonderful and they even offered a free breakfast if you registered to their site, which was an unexpected added perk, especially because it was a great selection! We loved the pool and the putt putt golf! Would definitely stay here again:)

The pools were dirty, the villas are old, which isnt an issue if they were properly maintained, but there was unrepaired damage to powere outlets and taps etc and whilst you could see they had received a basic clean, there were spider webs in the ceiling corners etc and dirty windows and such. The wifi rarely worked. The reataurant had only about 5 items to select from. It was just low quality all around. Finally they looked understaffed and the staff who were there were quite disinterested.

This property is awsome but requires some serious renovations and upgrades. Our room was old and run down, curtains where falling apart and the kitchen was peeling in sections. The hot water system was not working properly either to hot or too cold you keep getting shocked in the changes in water temperature. Seating areas around the pool where dirty and needed a major sweep and clean up. No umbrellas around the pool. The pool needs a major paint job and pieces of rock falling off around the pool. The choice of food at the restaurant is old and nothing has changed since we where there 3 years ago. This place has soo much potential. Otherwise it is amazing for kids and it makes you feel like you are on a Islands some where because of its lay out and tropical nature.

Property in general was looking tired so for actual price paid it was too expensive, there are better value option sin the area. The things you can do around the place are great but the accommodation is very tired.

1) Free to air TV did not work 2) WIFI did not work 3) Its a shame restaurant does not have table service anymore, told to order at bar, much better previously when waiter/waitress took your order at table 4)Very limited items on menu to order from 5) Spa pool not at full capacity, had limited water in it

It was a great resort. The king room however was a bit impractical. No sink in the kitchenette and no space to store clothes or the bags made the room messy for the stay.

Lovely and Clean Accommodation. The only drawback for a couple in their 60’s is the Parking situation is not inside the resort, perhaps we should’ve paid more attention to this minor detail when booking, we saw that premises had parking but in an allocated area.

Staff were all lovely, location was great. Room we were in needed some attention though, fly screen door was broken so had to have the glass door shut which was a shame. Overall though very nice

Car parking was limited - distance to rooms was pretty far when travelling with a baby and toddler, **having our own bedding for kids** had to do a few trips due to no trolleys in our car park. Rooms were old but nice enough. they do need to clean fans. No tea towels in kitchen. Reception staff were friendly and nice. Cleaning staff were very friendly too..

The cabin I stayed in was in desperate need for refurbishment: insect screens damaged, window joinery corroded with questionable locking abilities. Given the price charged breakfast was dissapointing, terrible scrambled eggs made from powder with no other choices (boiled?) Groundkeeper using a petrol leaf blower on a peaceful Saturday morning around the guests, excellent noise treatment together with the exhaust gas lingering around the pool for quite a while. Great location in need for some investment and a good manager

Great beach location however when we checked in the AC would not work and we were eventually moved to a less desiable room after wasting approx. 1 1/2 hours of our time and given a drink voucher for a glass of house wine!!!

Great resort facilities with plenty to do. Great pools for swimming, tennis, putt put, volleyball walking paths and more. Clean and tidy grounds and hotels would highly recommend.

Relax in a Natural environment!
Loved our stay in a comfortable villa right next to beach access. Very quiet and able to relax and enjoy nature and a few visiting brush turkey!
