“House was neat and tidy - much bigger than impression from photos. Grounds are beautiful with mountain views. Amy was very responsive. Small issue with shower, but was addressed. Was perfect for our family with young children and close to beautiful water hikes and beaches. Would recommend!”

“My wife and I, children, and grandchildren had a great experience. The place is alive with wildlife! Saw mother deer with fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, & foxes in the yard. Spent time on the lake, and dined at great restaurants. Bristol mountain outdoor adventures has an awesome zip line course. ”

“House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return! ”

“What sold me and my family on this property was the photos of the location and they did not do it justice! This location is absolutely breathtaking inside and out! My personal favorite was the open kitchen into the dining area and the outside patio overlooking Canandaigua Lake! The downstairs living and bedrooms were so cozy and inviting! We used every space of this property and loved our six day stay! The one thing I would suggest is additional umbrellas for the outside patio that gets very hot...
