“I would recommend this hotel overall; however, there are a few areas that could be improved. While the restaurant staff completed their tasks as expected, the service lacked warmth and engagement. “I really like the rooms, the gardens, the breakfast. The pool was not clean, very “foggy” sadly as on visits before this has been the best part with the pool bar. I hope they do something about it. It’s a bit worn down but I don’t mind that, the lawns, gardens and the whole property is very beutiful. Also not far to go to palolem if you want to see some crowd. Restaurants at dinner time was very empty. Love to come back but the pool really needs to be taken care of regularly.”
