“Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much.”

“Comfortable”

“The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room. The front window has rust streaks down the outside. Part of our family only stayed one night so we moved up to the main bed and that was better. I would not bill this as a four bed rental unless the basement room and bath are...

“The place is very spacious, but over all the unit was very dirty, no counter space in the kitchen or fan, the stove and all the untensil drawers were dirty. There was no Kleenex and only mirror in the unit was in the washroom. When we arrived there was a used glass on the table and used dish sponge in the sink. There was a shoe tray with shoes already on it. There was no space for us to keep our shoes. the kitchen has very limited amount of dishes and we had to ask for extra towel, even though...

“Lovely Cozy basement apartment with fried, cooktop, microwave and sink. Stocked with cutlery, cookware, and dishes toaster, coffee maker and pods, and lots of nice touches, like a few snacks in the fridge and a bottle of chilled water. Quiet neighbourhood, good for sleeping, you do occasionally hear a few footfalls from upstairs, but just the regular sound of a happy family, felt like home! Thanks Hiba Would definitely recommend.”

“The place was clean and private. Easy and close to many things. Host had excellent communication. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and appliances even though we didn't use it. They have a Keurig and k cups to use when we were there for you coffee drinkers.”
