“We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so cozy, peaceful and welcoming, with a fantastic view and a wonderfully serene atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. What really touched us was arriving to find the lights softly dimmed, gentle music playing, and the house already at the perfect temperature. “Location for perfect, however, property much older than photos showed. Arrived to a house that smelt like stale food and fridge was dirty inside. Bedding was old and mattress uncomfortable. Not that we needed it often as the view from the loungeroom was stunning, the TV didnt work. Paid for 5 star accomodation when I would only rate the property as 2-3 stars.”

Appreciate cleaning has to be done. Advised (via numerous phone calls to office) we could get in earlier if place cleaned. I know...

“This was an wonderfully inviting and cosy space - much like staying in a beloved grandparents home. Easy walking distance to all amenities and Jeff was on hand if you needed any assistance. He values his guests and clearly wants them to feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend and excellent value.”

“Only stayed for one night as a stop-over from Hobart to Launceston. The house is a one level three bedroom open living style house with renovated features. Very comfortable stay with heaters in all parts of the house. Outdoor area is in construction mode but that doesn't hamper with the stay. 100m walk to the beach. Very small town with little to do but does the job as a stop over, local pub serves great meals.”
