“I had some last minute travel and was so lucky that I came across this great place! The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. It is situated in a very quiet area. I got a really good, peaceful vibe in the house. Couldn’t ask for more from my experience staying.”

“Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”

We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

“It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!”

“All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.”
