“I WILL NOT STAY AT COMFORT INN & SUITES TEXAS CITY I-45 AGAIN! My prepaid 3night Memorial Day stay was terrible. I traveled 5hours all the way from Dallas, TX. In my experience, No maintenance or housekeeping staff on duty after 3pm. They only gave 1 room key, room had a damp smell, bed sheets were dirty on check in, the phone didn't work, room had 2 TVs with 1 remote, the window leaked a lot of water while raining, water rolled into AC unit then to floor no maintenance on duty to...

“This was my first stay at this property. It was clean however, it felt like an upgraded motel vs a suite Hotel. The luggage carts had rust on them. Nothing about this property gives "Suites". They charge for toiletries that other Suite Hotels give out for free. The only complimentary item is coffee. The rooms smell musty. I actually requested a room change because of the musty odor. The manager said " this is humid Texas". When I changed rooms I forgot and left my ice pack slipper in the freezer...

“This hotel is fantastic. The staff was so friendly, our room was spotless, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. An added bonus is the location. It’s within walking distance of Buc-ee’s, Texas Roadhouse, and a Tanger Outlet Mall. This was a great experience.”

“I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave. Not even a paper towel to place something on while heating it. A paper plate and set of plastic utensils would have made all the difference. With this in mind,...
