“first room was opposite the elevator; i asked to change which staff took care of and was helpful. Then the other room was stinky and moldy and the TV was not switched off and the staff also could not switch it off. Then he gave the 3rd room - which made my stay little better. Staff were helpful but the hotel needs better upkeep. Breakfast was also very very basic and meh!!”

“The hotel is easy to access in Northern Indianapolis. The hotel had its best days some time ago. Rooms are fitted with a kitchen and a sitting area. Breakfast-to-go is offered but is of little value. A Panera coffee house is available a few blocks away.
Our room was not properly vacuumed (really dirty) which was fixed only after quite some time-comsuming complaining. The receptionist didn"t allow a call to the maneger/owner. Next day another receptionist offered a substantial discount.

“We were in Indianapolis because my sister was having heart surgery, which was postponed so we went home a day and was told - near as I can tell - that we would be refunded one night, which we weren't. We had two towels and one hand towel, old, worn, and scratchy. One of which was heavily stained as if someone had used it dying their hair. No coffee maker or iron / ironing board, there was what appeared to mold where the tub and surround meet. With one exception, the staff spoke little English...

“This is an average hotel. There were several dogs at one point in the lobby and staff didn’t do anything to ensure that the owners had a good handle. Also the USB ports near the beds didn’t work, and the shower was very hard to get turned on. For the price, I would probably stay elsewhere. I did feel that the room was clean, but just really worn down.”
