“The place was great. Even as presented online! Very spacious. Very clean and updated furnishing. Lots of options for television entertainment. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is to get a railing for the steps going to the lower level.”

We were a group of 6….5 adults and one teen, and we fit comfortably in the house. Anand and Lisa are wonderful hosts, so gracious and welcoming, they even changed the sheets for us after a minor medical issue. Highly recommend this property!”

“Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us.”

“Truely the only real negative thing we have to say is that the High Top dining room table was a bit uncomfortable to use. Everything in the house was updated nicely and felt very warming. Only thing we wish it would have had was a washer and dryer. But again not a deal breaker amd we enjoyed our stay in DC.”

“The stove we tried to use but couldn’t get it to get hot. The burners would turn on but continuously clicked like trying to light but was lit already. If you turned it down it turned off. Great location for us and other than trying to cook thing were great”

“We had a great stay here. The walk to and from the Metro is easy, and the 20 bus runs in front of the house if you don't want to walk. The Sligo Creek trail is nearby. We walked on it twice. We ate at a fabulous Ethiopian restaurant nearby and shopped for groceries walking distance from the house, but spent most of our time downtown at museums that were easy to reach by metro. Samad was a responsive and accommodating host and his place had everything we needed, especially a great bed. The...

“Location, location, location! Park your car, and don’t worry about driving anywhere else. The subway is just around the corner, and Safeway and CVS are in easy walking distance as well. Townhome is cozy but comfortable with most everything one could need, especially if you are just using it as a place to rest and recharge as you explore all that DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We were enchanted with all the rich historical, educational and beautiful places we explored. Our son lives...
