"The hosts are amazing. They greeted us at a local restaurant and we followed them up to their beautiful home. They are very proud of their family home that is over 300 years old. It was completely renovated and has everything you need. We loved our stay. The road up to the house is quite windy, but if you take your time, it is fine. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property."

"Just spent a week at this apartment. All went very smoothly. The host, Cornelia is very friendly and fast with communications. The apartment is perfect and rustic. I don’t think that the photos do it justice, it is much better in ‘real life’. The terrace is perfect for relaxing on. The village is quiet and small, but not far from the motorways or the beach. A hire car is a must, but everywhere is within easy reach. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it. Thank you Cornelia!"

"A well equipped, clean and large property in the hills. Unfortunately, the online listing incorrectly stared it was 10 min walk into the town, but in fact it was a 20 min drive. If you don't mind the drive then it is an excellent place."

Communication with Verena and Alexander was good before we arrived, and Daniela ( who lives across the valley) was kind and helpful on arrival. The house has everything you could possibly require, the pool is clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area is beautiful. "For an extended family of 10 this property was perfect. The arrangement of six bedrooms and six bathrooms worked really well. The kitchen and dining area is really spacious. The children spent most of the week in the pool! As it is heated and under cover it is perfectly warm enough in early April. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the best stocked local shop I have ever seen!"

"Perfect retreat to unwind and just relax. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and a lovely south facing terrace for sun lovers, with great views of the sea and mountains. "Nice and romantic little house with fantastic view of the mountains and Coast. Some would not like the road to the house. It is steep and narrow with no roadside railing. But for me it was not a problem. Remember.... The second bedroom is not part of the house as seen in the photos and the bed in the small loft is HOT and no A/C gets into the room.. As so many guests have said, Christa and Pascal were perfect hosts being attentive and friendly, in fact totally charming, but ensuring that we had total privacy. Yes, the casita is attached, but we weren’t aware of the owners at all and were very happy playing our music and getting on with winding down!
