“Very efficient”

“Lovely staff and yummy breakfast!”

“All was good no complaints”

“Stayed over 3 weeks with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel that calls itself “boutique” and charges approximately $250/night. One night, we were locked out of our room late at night and no one was at reception. I waited over 15 minutes, left a voicemail for the manager, and emailed — no reply. When the receptionist returned from outside, she said it was an “emergency” and claimed she was only gone 7 minutes (not true), offered no apology, and even told...

“Easy to find, quick check in and very nice room. Superclean and modern. The walls are a bit thin and the breakfast room could be a bit bigger, but overall, a very nice stay!”

“Super clean”

“Frukosten har stoooort utrymme för förbättring”

“Cool location, clean rooms, very convenient closet of amenities. Hotel staff was very helpful and treated us with care, but it was also nice not having to directly deal with anyone. We really appreciate their flexibility, kindness, and responsiveness! Amazing stay, we would love to be here again next time we're in Toronto!”

“Rummet bra. Personalen bra. Kaffet tunt 😉. Frukost ok med Canada mått 😀”
