“Loved the property but it’s a time share property and we couldn’t get our keys to our room without talking to someone. We were not interested and were in a rush to check in and head out. Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. We also didn’t know we couldn’t get fresh towels that we had to wash our own due to having laundry facilities inside our room. We really only slept there and were busy out and about, not...

“Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time”

“Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”

“When we arrived the staff was having trouble making key cards. The room was large but not very clean; fingerprints and remnants of the former guests, including moldy food in the refrigerator and crumbs on the counter tops and furniture. The bed spread smelled a bit funky (guessing it does not get changed between guests). The room only had hand towels, not bath towels. The front desk offered to send up towels but never did. We finally just went down to get them and were told there was 'no one...

“Excellent stay at Wingate by Wyndham Williamsburg — clean, easy, and comfortable. Great stop for visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown with plenty of history nearby. Highly recommend for a simple, convenient Virginia trip. James R. Hart”

“Clean and spacious room, nice laundry room, helpful and friendly staff. Had a pool side room and wish there had been sheers at the bedroom window. Zero privacy with pulled back drapes alone. Large and spread out property design made it pretty far to walk to the lobby, and even further to get to the breakfast area. Especially inconvenient when ordering takeout and they won't allow direct to room delivery. No onsite food options and nothing walkable nearby.”
