âAlthough we only stayed one night, we hope to spend more time there in the future. For our family of four, this setup was perfect.with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We also liked that it is close to a grocery store and the outlet mall. Next time we hope to use more of the property's amenities like the swimming pools and outdoor recreation areas.â
âThis is the best hotel in Williamsburg. The service is top tier and the GM is incredible. He was always there asking if we needed anything. We even asked him if he live there because he was there all the time. The breakfast was wonderful and food service workers were efficient and nice. â
âWe stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...
âEverything worked out with our rooms. The AC was leaking but was fixed. The hotel still has bad tv reception at times. This occurred on our last trip too. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to where we had to visit. Will use again. Plus, love the free ice cream.â
âThis place was very clean, they had a pancake house right next door for a excellent breakfast and right down the street they have a place to get food till 1:00 3:00 in the morning the cookout which was great since we got in late very nice people definitely recommend this placeâ
