Having the forest all around us made the stay feel peaceful and magical, and the artistic decor throughout the house was truly beautiful. It felt like a very special place. Communication with our host, Daniel, was excellent and everything was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Monteverde.”

“This place was awesome! It was a perfect location to Monteverde. We definitely recommend doing Abuela’s breakfast in the morning. The host was really responsive and the sunset over the Lou twins was beautiful. My 8 year-old daughter loved the park. It was a perfect place for her to run around, especially after a few hours in the car. The home was beautiful with easy check-in/out instructions. We would 100% stay again. ”

“Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. I would have appreciated extra towels, they take so long to dry that we were drying with damp towels the second day. . A full length mirror somewhere in the house would have been nice. I was unfamiliar with the coffeemaker, I think an electric coffeemaker would have been better. The house did have a musty smell but I think that was due to the location. Really rough winding roads leading up to house, but again that’s the location. All in all I felt...

“Beautiful home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen was well supplied with needed cooking items to make our meals, mostly used for breakfast. Daniella provided excellent tips for markets and restaurants. The location was great for getting to our tours at Curi Cancha and Monteverde Preserve. Loved the deck for enjoying our coffee in the morning while viewing the gulf. ”
