  • Very comfortable, private, spacious apartment minutes from the Air Force Academy and I-25. Exceptional amenities including weight room and theater room. Infants and children welcome and a portable crib is provided. Private entrance anytime with key code and driveway parking.

    You will enjoy about 1300 square feet of clean, very comfortable living space. Large living room with a desk for working, fully-equipped kitchen, and bistro dining area, It's light, bright, and welcoming. Your hosts provide you with elements for exceptional comfort: memory foam mattresses on all beds, high-quality 500+ thread count sheets, a large variety of pillows, weighted blankets, bath sheets to wrap yourself in after a nice hot shower, Keurig coffee-maker to get you going in the morning or lavender herbal tea in the evening. You can enjoy eating from stoneware or paper plates. An induction cooktop and nonstick ceramic pots and pans makes cooking quick and easy. A large, full-size refrigerator allows you to store groceries for several days. You may enjoy the media room which is Roku connected or work-out with weights in the second bedroom. Truly a dream stay.

Enjoyed our stay, comfy beds and loved the movie room. Space was cool during the summer and fans were provided for each room.

This basement apartment was truly a retreat. Our hosts were very accommodating, the bathroom was like you had stepped into a spa, and the main bedroom was very comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood, the only challenge was getting luggage to the apartment, it was a cute rock landscape path but not ideal for anyone with larger suitcases(not able to use wheels.) Traveling with family it was very nice to grill in the nice backyard, sit in the hot tub and look at the mountains, very close to all shopping and attractions. Would definitely stay again!

The shower with the towel warmer was wonderful on cold mornings. The bed was comfortable and the space was perfect place to retreat after my symposium each night.

An absolute gem! The home was immaculate, stylish, and felt like a true retreat. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One of the best vrbo experiences we’ve had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northgate and would highly recommend it! We found the property easily after stopping at the grocery store just five minutes away. Access was easy and everything was as described. The place was so clean and the bathroom was beautifully fancy. We loved the heated floors and amazing shower, not to mention the heated toilet seat! It was all so luxurious. We picked out a DVD (of the many available!) to watch in the theater room with some of the popcorn provided in the snack basket. The rental was very spacious and everything thought of. We also used the jacuzzi one night which was nice after a long day. Highly recommend this stay!

A terrific :home away from home" for our stay in Colorado Springs. The owners have provided a clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable home. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

Great place very close to USAFA

We had a wonderful visit in Colorado Springs staying here. This met all of our needs and we appreciated all the small attention to detail items. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially for those needing to be close to USAFA.

Our stay was everything we could've asked for in a home away from home! It was in a quiet, very welcoming neighborhood. All of our questions that we had were answered in a very timely manner and the hosts made us feel so welcome! We plan to keep this place in mind for future stays!

Excellent location perfect for families summer vacations. Close to AFA and all what one needs. Very nice place with great deal of comfort. Media room is awesome. Owners are very, very helpful and open.

Great place to stay! Host was very responsive, and property is just as it is described. The path to get to the rental is a little challenging if you have mobility issues. Other than that, this is a great find!
