“The cottage was so cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They have spices and other things you need for cooking, as well as a gas grill and tools. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to see in the Pikes Peak area as well as historic downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would love to stay there again!”

“The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

“Wonderful, quiet, older neighborhood and our party of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Pulpit Rock Park was lovely, though we didn't get very far after stopping to watch the local wildlife just in the nearby yards - rabbits, squirrels (of course), birds and a small herd of mule deer bucks browsing in someone's landscaping. Kitchen had the essentials (though could use some better lighting and outlets). Games and books available to entertain guests in the comfortable living room space. Would certainly stay...
