Our cozy lower level unit is located in Briargate (Academy District 20), one of the most beautiful and sophisticated neighborhoods of Colorado Springs. Two bedrooms with a stylish living room, heated floors and office space have plenty of natural light from windows. The walls are adorned with original oil paintings. This smart home is equipped with the latest technology and is entirely voice controlled. The office is equipped with 1.2GB wifi, for efficient remote working.

The Space:
Our recently renovated basement unit features radiant heating floors, separate from main house entrance and equipped with latest technology gadgets.
We have designed it with remote working potential in mind. One of the bedrooms is meant to be an office with a desk and unfolding sofa that can serve as a double bed.
Every room has wireless phone chargers, USB outlets and Bluetooth speakers.
It is perfect for a small family or traveling professionals.

The Neighborhood:
Popular with young families, up-and-coming Briargate has views of the Rocky Mountains, including Pikes Peak. There are many green open spaces, such as the ranch-themed John Venezia Community Park, as well as shopping malls and a summer farmers' market. At the nearby United States Air Force Academy, the Cadet Chapel is known for its striking spiked roof. It is very easy to get around neighborhood. Chapel Hills shopping mall is a walking distance from our place. N Academy Blvd offers Whole Foods, Nordstrom, variety of organic grocery stores cafes and restaurants.

Getting Around:
There are 3 lakes about 10 min drive from the house. Hiking around the lakes an and watching sunset is highly recommended.
Garden of the Gods is about 15 minutes drive. This park offers stunning views of sharp red mountains surrounded by green lush.
