The great room includes a 65” Roku TV, foosball, and air hockey—ideal for movie nights and friendly competitions. Families will also find a Pack ‘n Play, highchair, baby gates, and kids’ toys to make traveling with little ones easier.

: Step outside to your private backyard retreat with a propane firepit, grill, outdoor dining area, and seasonal gardens. We also provide inflatable paddle boards and a kayak so you can enjoy the calm waters of nearby Palmer Lake and Monument Lake.

Radiant floor heating keeps the home cozy in cooler months. During warmer months, you can use the windows for the evening’s cool, mountain air thanks to the higher elevation. For additional cooling, seasonal portable AC units are available in select bedrooms and may be moved around as desired.

Full access to the home, backyard, driveway, and garage. Locked supply closets remain private.

SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside in the designated smoking area near the grill. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur.

ADDITIONAL FEES: We put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us through VRBO ahead of time for pricing.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wildfires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.

PADDLE BOARD & KAYAK WAIVER: 2 Inflatable paddle boards and a kayak are available for guest use but are secured with a lock. To access these amenities, guests must first scan the onsite QR code provided and complete the waiver. Once the waiver is submitted, you will automatically receive the code to unlock the equipment. Please be sure to review the paddleboard and kayak guidelines in this guidebook to ensure safe and responsible use and to avoid any additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation!

Our landscaper may stop by from time to time and will need access to the garage and yard for the regular lawn care.
