Dog Policy:



This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Window unit upstairs by master bedroom and portable unit for main floor. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the AC is lowered below it's standard working capacity it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
