Cozy Carriage House has everything you need! We boast 3 fully furnished bedrooms, with dressers, hangers, and luggage racks. A bathroom with shower and fresh, fluffy towels. A functional stocked kitchen ready to cook, with plenty of utensils, place settings, and a Keurig. A washer and dryer, and iron are in the unit for your use.

Great location, cute and charming and VERY clean! Being two stories there was a bit of a temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, so if you like it warmer for sleeping, choose the upstairs room! Simple check out with minimal work for guests - very pleasant experience!

Our priority was low cost and this place fulfilled.Initial contact when reserving was with different name and phone number. that should been updated before with an email. We were questioned by Morris (nice gentleman) on who we were. He should have had that info ahead of time. The temperature inside was very cold when we arrived and we had to program it by looking it up on the internet, not user friendly until several tries. Bedroom doors need fitting to close. Handrail for stairs should be added. Worst feature is dirt cheap toilet paper, need to upgrade. shower is nice but water pressure low. Overall fit our needs and would stay again.

Cozy Carriage House had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. Very clean house - lots of little details (snack box, toilet paper/paper towels stocked, spices, laundry needs, etc). The location was great for everything we wanted to do (about 10-20 min drive to most excursions). Lots of food choices within the area. For a downtown location, of course there are some “sketchy” parts around the corner. But the owners have done a really great job to make you feel at home and safe.

I really struggled with how to rate this home. I would like to start with the positives: Jennifer was a very gracious host who answered my questions promptly and gave good dining suggestions. Also, the home was quite clean. However, the mattresses were horrible! The mattress on the main level was so terrible, I couldn’t even fall asleep. Our oldest son offered to sleep there and we switched rooms late at night. The next morning he talked about how terrible the mattress was. He can sleep anywhere. Also, I immediately felt like something was off and felt disoriented when I first entered the home, and we came to realize that the floor was not level in multiple areas. I thought maybe I was being dramatic so we placed my rolling suitcase in the middle of the living room and watched it roll towards the kitchen. We knew this would be an older home with lots of character, but several of the doors did not latch completely. I did not contact Jennifer about any of these issues as there would have been nothing she could have done during our stay.

Great place

This listing was perfect for our three day stay in town. Cute and clean and the owner was very responsive. It had everything we needed and everything was pretty well spelled out for us. The WiFi password was easy to find and the binder in the kitchen has lots of good information. Great location and I didn’t have to park on the street which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

Quaint Gem

The is a very cute Carriage House and perfect for my conference stay. The rooms upstairs were toasty warm and the one downstairs was a little chilly so it worked well for people who like different sleeping temperatures. It worked best as a four people. There is a small sleeper sofa that we didn’t use. The GPS doesn’t take you to the correct spot but the host sent me correct directions and it was easy to find following their directions. I would stay here again. There was also plenty of parking.

Short drive to attractions

The house was older than we expected based on the pictures, but there wasn’t any musty smell or anything like that. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and everything you may need was on hand.Our door code didn’t work when we arrived, but the host quickly resolved the problem.

Nice little place

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms were perfect and we worked around the one bathroom. I suggest to the owner that the put mirrors in all the bedrooms so once you shower you can get ready in the bedroom while the next one showers. Be warned that the stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep. Not good if you have knee issues. I would recommend this place.

Great price to be right in downtown

The price was great and we were easily within walking distance to the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. The house itself is clearly an older building but was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The host was wonderful, communicative, and helpful! The only downside is that it is perhaps not the nicest area, but that is to be expected with it being so close to downtown.

4th of July Vacation

My 12 year old kiddo loved the downstairs bed. We also loved that we had tons of extra towels. Wished that the beds upstairs were as cozy soft as the downstairs bed. The temperature in the upstairs rooms was more warm than we would have liked. Luckily we brought our extra box fan to help. The house was clean and had all the amenities listed. If you are an adult who has bad knees you want to stay in the downstairs room for sure as it’s a constant going up and down stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Quaint spot central in the city

The property was exactly as described online, and it was very easy to communicate abd check-in, though it did take an extra couple minutes to acctually find the alley to get to the property. Overall it had everything we needed, and stayed plenty warm for some very cold Colorado nights. My only real issue was that outside of the bstgroom there wrrent any well placed mirtors so multiple people could get ready/do make-up and hair at the same time.

Lovely place!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our stay! It comfortably fit 4 people and was fully equipped for everything we needed and more. We were travelling in from Toronto for a friends wedding and couldn’t have found a better spot. The maintenance manager was very friendly and responsive if we needed any assistance. The AC kept the place cool through our whole stay and the beds were all comfortable. The location was a little dodgy but that didn’t effect our stay. Knowing we had the maintenance manager next door was relieving! Overall we will definitely be staying here if we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again! :)
