Welcome to your dream mountain home retreat! Immerse yourself in the heart of adventure with unparalleled convenience. Just 1/2 mile walk to both the Manitou incline and the shops and galleries of Manitou, you'll step inside to discover a cozy haven featuring vaulted ceilings and a modern kitchen. Enjoy the second floor patio while you listen to the creek flow across the street. Ascend to the third level to discover the tastefully enhanced master suite and guest sleeping quarters. Soak in the rooftop spa with awe-inspiring views of the mountains. The perfect blend of adventure and relaxation awaits!

The space
Entrance and garage on the ground floor. The second floor showcases an open kitchen and living area with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a patio and skylights. On the third floor, you will find the master suite and a loft area. The rooftop hot tub is accessible via the master suite.

- Oversize or vehicles low to the ground may need additional parking accommodations, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate!

Our stay was wonderful. The town manitou springs was beautiful with shops and restraunts just a short walk from the house. The house is gorgeous and very clean. Perfect for my fiance and our pup. The hottub on the deck is great to relax in and watch the stars. Host is accommodating and easy to work with. I couldnt ask for any more. Absolutely would recommend.

Wonderful

Great location nearby to downtown shopping, restaurants, Manitou Incline trail, train to Pikes Peak, etc. Home is beautiful and host is very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect since parking in town is limited. It’s an easy short walk either into town for shopping or dinner and a short walk to the Incline. The garage is a little tight. For reference we had a Jeep Compass and it was the perfect size vehicle for the space. I would not recommend anything bigger. The house is beautiful, clean and the bed is super comfortable. I loved the robes that were provided. We loved the hot tub too. The host was very accommodating, communicative and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again

Awesome property, great location

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Perfect location, walk to incline, cog train and town. Park in garage and avoid parking mess in town. Smooth transaction with owner and very clear instructions. Only sleeps 2 so no unwanted relatives tagging along. Will definitely stay again on our next trip through Manitou.

Beautiful Home

Very nice and charming house. Check in was super easy. The house is very nice and clean. Parking is out front if your car is too large for the garage. The location of the home is perfect for walking downtown and back. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future.

Great location and beautiful home!

We loved our stay - SO convenient to Manitou Springs (walkable), Colorado Springs (15m drive into downtown), and close to many great tourist stops. The home is beautiful and the private rooftop deck with hot tub are amazing! The host was very communicative and generous. Highly recrecommend! !

Perfect Place!

This place is perfect in many ways! Clean, very comfy beds, lots of space. The location is awesome! Quiet. We parked, and walked to the Incline, to the Mansion and to historic downtown shops and dining. No issues with the garage, (I have a Subaru Forester). Great communication with host.

Superb location

Close walk to downtown Manitou Springs main streets and Miramont Castle. Short drive to Garden of the Gods, the cliff dwellings and pikes peak. Enjoyed the secluded hot tub on the top level.

Perfect location

Walkable to so many things to do. Downtown Manitou Springs, shops, restaurants , hiking trails, Pikes Peak railroad or road. Fantastic downtown. Close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods. Great space for 4 adults.

Fantastic house with one caveat

The house was exactly as described. Tons of room across 4 levels. Watch what other reviews say about the garage - it's not large. The hot tub on the roof deck was terrific. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfy bed. Biggest caveat - another party arrived about an hour after we did. They had booked on another site and the property manager did not catch this. SO - if you book, I'd do a follow-up before arriving to ensure it is not double booked.
