This beautifully decorated 3,500sq/ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath air-conditioned home is nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac, with breathtaking city views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak. It is conveniently located in the West-side of Colorado Springs, just minutes from many local venues, shopping, sightseeing, and of course Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, and much more.

The main level consists of the welcoming Family Room with a wood-burning fireplace, baby grand piano, a full wall of windows, an expansive Dining Room with seating for 10, a custom-designed Gourmet Kitchen, a Private Office, and a Powder Room. The fully equipped kitchen features double ovens, a six-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and a microwave.

The lower level opens to a spacious wine-inspired den, a fully equipped Theatre/ Media Room complete with surround sound for watching your favorite movies, seating for five, and room for more. Adjacent to the family room is a guest bedroom with an adjoining full bath. The top-level is where two guest bedrooms are housed and a full bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub.

One of the favorite places our guests enjoy is located off the main floor where there are four separate outdoor entertainment decks. The first, a 1,000 square foot outdoor living area includes a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating is found. It overlooks the expansive unobstructed city views of Colorado Springs. A second adjacent deck, equipped with a gas BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful views. The half-acre property has a third outdoor lower stoned deck which is surrounded by beautiful trees and has outdoor dining with seating for your entire family. Additionally, there is a fourth outdoor lower space complete with a cozy hammock for reading or napping.

While we love sharing this property with friends from far and near, we do not intend for this home to be used for events or large parties, out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the serenity of the setting.
