🔹Enter the home with no steps. On the main level, you have one full bathroom (tub), laundry, kitchen, dining. As well as direct access to the deck from the dining room.



🔸Walk up 4 steps from the dining room into the living room (sofa bed) with access to the master bedroom (king) and master bathroom).



🔹The upper level has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and two twin).

🔹Upon entering, you'll see a mud room with the laundry to your right and a full bathroom



🔸The family room will be straight ahead and full of natural light from the skylights in the ceiling. A few steps away will be the kitchen, dining, and main level bedroom. This layout allows you to interact with those in the kitchen & dining area while in the living room - perfect for large groups or families to mingle



🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops, & stainless steel appliances



🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck



🔹Soak in the privacy from the hot tub (open 365 days a year) or outdoor furniture. Lounge or dine in the shade, and while you're outside, enjoy the games, and gas grill. The backyard is mostly fenced in. One side has a large brick retaining wall and then all trees behind that.

The Neighborhood:

Private and quiet. We're located at the bottom of Pikes Peak and right off HWY 24, so you do hear some noise coming from the highway, but it becomes white noise.



Getting Around:

The cabin is easily accessible off of Highway 24, which means great come and go access, but also means highway noise from the house. This area may receive snow from early Fall until late Spring, and therefore vehicles with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive are highly recommended during times of the year when snow is possible.



Other Things to Note:

🔹All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.

🔹We are pet friendly with a two pet maximum. When pets are added to the reservation either prior to booking or after, you'll see an additional pet charge added to your total.
