När vi flyttade och beslutade att hålla detta hem som en semesteruthyrning, lämnade vi flera favoritinredning och inredning som gör att hemmet känns väldigt hemtrevligt och inbjudande. Linne garderoben är fylld med nya mjuka handdukar och alla sängar har helt nya lakan, filtar och dynor för att ge dig en hotellupplevelse. Njut av köket med alla nödvändiga köksredskap för matlagning.

Wonder House for a Fun Getaway!

Air Conditioning is not a luxury when is 95 degree

House was fine, needs more lighting on front porch, we needed someone holding their phone flashlight to enter the addmission code. Everything was going well, until we returned home from an outing to find the air conditioner was not working properly. We notified the homes contacts and they got a couple of fans and an AC professional there in quickly. But the AC unit was not easily repairable, and would not be available for days.When we asked to cancel the remaining days of our stay and for a refund of the night without A/C, the owner stated that AC is a luxury in this area. Forcasted temps were to be in the high nineties, so we pulled the plug on this rental and left, following the prescribed checkout proceedures.

Comfortable and adorable

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay. Definitely recommend staying here. The Gibsons were awesome hosts. Their home was lovely, clean and matched the description perfect. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. They were very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in y’all’s home.

Perfect Family Spot

We had a nice stay at this home. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. We had one minor issue with the door batteries running low, and the owners were super responsive, and we did not miss a beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay

We were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.

Pros and cons

Things are pretty outdated. If you have young children I probably wouldn’t book here. The hot tub was nice, appreciated the coffee provided. Loved that there was a high chair there.

Perfect spot for the family in a great neighborhood.

Very spacious place with great amenities and good access to everything CSprings has to offer. Very clean place and excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard with the kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Great Home!!

Lovely property! It is as described, comfy and spacious. The hot tub was amazing as well! Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfy and the shower has killer water pressure :) thick-haired girls will appreciate this 😂 The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had a question.

Great family/friends trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Location close to shopping and some good food. Hot tub was our morning and evening spot to just relax either before or after a day of sight seeing. Manitou Springs was a easy 30 minute drive made the trip many times.

Great little spot close to what we wanted

We had a really great time for our 2 days in the CO Springs area. This location was great for us. We were really impressed with how easy it was to get around the immediate area. There was a grocery store and Sams both close. The house was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Property was as described. It has a few bumps and bruises in some walls, doors and floors, but to be expected for a rental. Nothing that was distracting or took away from the experience. Even though it was not in immediate area of Pikes Peak and g of the g's, it was still close enough to be very convenient and this area was much less crowded. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic Space for Families

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great touch and the space in general is great. We stayed here with my in-laws for my sister in law’s wedding and it was perfect for all of us and our kids. We will be back!

Close to USAFA

We rented this property to be close to USAFA to be close to my daughter. This property was perfect because when she stayed with me on the weekends there was space for her to relax and enjoy. I loved the backyard where there was a place to have a fire and relax while grilling. This is now at the top of my list of places to stay in Colorado Springs!
