Fantastisk balkong med utsikt över Main Street med vacker utsikt över Centrum Manitou. Shopping, fantastiska restauranger och vandring precis utanför dörren. Privat parkering för 1 fordon. Mycket branta trappor för att komma in i Loft, om du har problem med trappor är detta inte platsen för dig.

Great location to explore Manitou Springs! Right in the heart of shops and restaurants. Historic building so there are some minor quirks, but super enjoyable and quaint.

We were so happy here! Lively location, comfy lounging between adventures, simple space, and we appreciated the privacy (no cameras) We didn’t mind the stairs — they have railings & make you feel like you’re heading into a secret hideaway …

Location, location, location! Once we were settled we didn’t have to drive again. My husband and I walked to the incline and all over town from the loft. The ally to the parking lot did worry me for a moment (we drive a Honda pilot) but we were able to make it through just fine. The stairs have also been mentioned in several other reviews, and although they are kind of steep , all of us including our 2 year old made it up and down them just fine.

Great stay! Loved being right in town. Old kitchen and appliances but had what we needed. Could definitely use a new toaster for breakfast items! All we needed for our low maintenance family!

Enjoyable

The apartment was spacious and cozy and right in the middle of downtown manitou where you can sit on the balcony and watch all the activity shops were cute and the restuarants were awesome with good food amd friendly service

Great people watching!

Nice historic building apartment. Shared balcony great for people watching. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes to Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Canyon.

Great location close to great shops and restaurants, and the balcony was a great bonus!

First time to Manitou Springs and we will definitely book at this location again! Jeff and Molly were wonderful, the place was clean, well equipped with some of the staple items, and has an awesome shared balcony that we enjoyed each morning and evening! Great location—walked to shops and restaurants and close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. If you are looking to stay in Manitou look no further—book this location today!

Adult cousins enjoy Manitou Springs

Apartment was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful view from the balcony and centrally located. I would just give a "heads up" that the parking is a bit tricky and the stairs a bit crazy. Nothing we couldn't manage, though and our stay was great!

Was as expected

Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Awsome location for enjoying restaurants, breweries, and shops on the strip. Parking is tight. If you bring a pickup (F150), be ready to shuffle it around to let other cars out.

Quick trip to Manitou

We spent two nights in the apartment. It was clean and quiet and perfect for our needs. The comments on the stairs are fair… They're a little steep, but we had no problems really. And I thought the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
