“This was the perfect location and space for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment and we had everything we needed. The location was the perfect walking distance from shops and local restaurants. Our hosts were very attwntive and offered their assistance with anything we might need. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

“The location of this rental was excellent !! Only minutes from Manitou Sorings and Garden of the Gods . The driveway was a bit tricky and steep . There are renters in the bottom level with a barking dog but all in all was a good experience . Good communication with the owners .”

“This was a nice place for the money. There were a couple of issues like the couch is broken (one side of the pull out bed is broken and has fallen to the floor making the cushions on that side sink in)and because of that very uncomfortable. And we had very bad water pressure in the bathroom especially the bathtub shower. The communication from the host was fine except I received a couple accusatory texts from them the first about if I was parked in the wrong spot when I hadn't even arrived yet....

“We had an enjoyable stay. The location was nice with restaurants and breweries within walking distance plus a farmers market on Saturdays. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the front patio could use a sweep and a hose off so it can be enjoyed but everything else was great.”

There were issues with the toilet flushing on and off, but old remedies helped and did not affect my overall stay. The host was very communicative and nice.
