Great house, great location, great owner communication. Lots of space, cabinets, closets and shelves. The master bedroom was large with lots of extra space for storage. Nice balcony too. The king bed was comfortable. Be sure to keep ALL trash in the locked bin. The bears will be on the hunt. Go super slow up and down the driveway, it has a dip and a low car will scrape. Overall Awesome

We loved the location of the house. It’s close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and Bear Creek Park. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed family meals and playing board games at the large dining table and we had fun playing pool. When needs arose Austin was a very responsive host.
