    The Space:

    Experience a warm and well-appointed three-bedroom home in one of northwest Colorado Springs' most sought-after neighborhoods. With an open main level built for gathering and three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, this home strikes an easy balance between shared spaces and personal comfort.

    The living room centers around a stone-surround fireplace and wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a natural gathering point for the group. Leather sofas and a rustic wood coffee table anchor the space, while a slate accent wall, warm sconce lighting, and plantation shutters add texture and warmth throughout. Hardwood floors carry through the main level, and a door leads directly out to the patio for easy access to the outdoors.



    🍳 KITCHEN & DINING

    The fully stocked kitchen is built around a granite island with bar seating for four, white shaker cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator. The open-concept layout keeps the chef connected to the rest of the group, with a complimentary coffee station with a Keurig and drip coffee maker stocked and ready, and a complimentary spice rack for home-cooked meals. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, with a solid wood table seating eight beneath a warm chandelier. A high chair is available for little ones.
