We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It is very walkable to town with great restaurants, shops and bars. It is also a very short drive to all the locations - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods and other towns to explore like Manitou Springs. The house had everything we needed and we loved hanging out with our dogs in the fenced in yard. We were all very comfortable here and I would stay here again the next time we visit this area.

Great property in Old Colorado City. Easily walkable to the main shopping/entertainment/dining district. Property was clean and exactly as described. Off street parking was a huge benefit. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which permitted us to enjoy the area after unpacking.

Trip with granddaughter

It was nice to stay here because there were two bedrooms so we could have one room and 13 yr old granddaughter have the other. Great location for all of the fun things to do in and around Colorado Springs.

Clean, wonderful place

This updated house had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and cozy. Check in and out was easy and John and Beth helped answer questions we had about nearby grocery stores and restaurants. So close to all the places we wanted to visit! Would totally stay here again!

Thanks for accommodating us

I really appreciate the managers being able to accommodate the early arrival of my best friend prior to my arrival. The quiet neighborhood and closeness to Old Colorado City made for a great walk. I spent several hours over the few days I was there, hanging out on the porch.

We had a fabulous stay. The owner was fast to respond to our messages, friendly and very accommodating. The house is close to shops, activities, and Old Colorado City. The house is so cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The back patio is adorable. We enjoyed the roses and other flowers. It was a bonus to have a driveway to park in after a long day/evening of sightseeing!I would most definitely recommend staying at Old Colorado Coty Gem.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our girls trip to do the Manitou Incline. The house is adorable, close to downtown Old Colorado City with easy access to the highway to Manitou Springs. Lots of information in the house about the area and fantastic restaurant recommendations. We loved it!

Our Colorado Trip.

Our stay was lovely in Old Colorado Springs. Great location, close to nearly everything. The house is a lovely 2 bedroom 1 great bathroom. Backyard is great for Barbecues. Hopefully we can return to your house the next time we come out.

Close to area attractions

This house is located near many of the areas attractions - Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellers, and Garden of the Gods, to name a few. Nice older home, but only one bathroom. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Old Colorado City home

The house was perfect for our stay. Nice setup in the house, I had to work one morning and the little area in the kitchen was perfect - quiet and away from the living area and a beautiful mountain view. The house was clean, convenient and nicely appointed, I highly recommend it and the owners were very communicative and even told us we could get in earlier since the house was ready early.

Comfortable space

Our stay at the house was very enjoyable. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived. We contacted the host and they were taken care of the next day. We liked the house and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again.
