Perfect vacation home with amazing outdoor space, pet and handicapped friendly!

This completely renovated and handicapped friendly home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial, CC and AFA Graduations. Located in a perfect, quiet and cozy neighborhood, you will never want to leave! Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is plenty of onsite parking as well as a garage. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of the neighborhood, a large closet, and flat screen television. The master bathroom has a large, handicapped friendly shower, large vanity and heated floors. The Queen bedroom is equally as cozy with a large closet and flat screen television. The main bathroom features heated floors, shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild School, which a repurposed school with many restaurants and bars, is only a couple of minutes away and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.

The outdoor space is the best part of this home with a large, landscaped backyard and covered patio.
We offer a full-size washer and dryer along with laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The host is great. House had most essentials but the sofa is very uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable but there are no extra blankets. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in a few months.

Perfect house in a great neighborhood. This house was perfect for my wife, my brother, and me. Two good sized, comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV, and a nice living room/dining room area. Great kitchen. Beautiful covered patio out back with a fantastic, excellently maintained, private yard. Very relaxing environment, yet a short drive to downtown and all the attractions, such as Garden of the Gods and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We frequently rent homes when we travel, and this was perhaps the best we’ve stayed in.

The whole property appears to be newly renovated with high quality touches that made the stay more enjoyable. Great central location for all the sites we wanted to visit in Colorado Springs. The only drawback was minimal cable tv channels. Host is working on an upgraded package. Still enjoyed our stay!

As advertised! Great home in one of the best locations in Colorado Springs, the Cheyenne Canyon. Close to the broadmoor, outdoor experiences and downtown Springs. Christy, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating for our daughter’s wedding. 100% would stay here again!

Overall enjoyed the property, especially the patio and back yard. Was disappointed that neither shower included hand holds for those with balance issues or a hand-held shower head so that one could use a shower chair without just sitting under the shower. The kitchen was very nice.

This property was renovated and very well done. I especially liked sitting on the back porch in the beautiful gardens. It was very easy and safe to walk to the Broadmoor which was only one and a half miles from the house. Also, it was a quick drive to downtown for dinner and drinks.

B&B first timers

The property owners live right next door to the property and were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. We were in CS to visit our son for the holidays.The location was perfect. 20 min. to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice and cozy. Clean. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Christy and Jihn were very responsive to the few questions we had.

Great location, Perfect home

My husband and I thought the property exactly matched the reviews and the pictures. We really appreciated the big fenced backyard for our girls, 10 year old Labs, Abbey and Annie. It was the perfect size for the two (four of us). The kitchen was well equipped. We had some warm days and the air conditioning was great. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.There was lots of closet and dresser storage as we bring a lot for our dogs as well as ourselves. It was also very nice to park in the garage. If you have pets, this is an ideal property. I would also say that the access to wonderful reasonably priced restaurants such as the Ivywild School and Edelweiss German restaurant as well as Joseph's Fine Dining was amazing! 5-10 min drive for all above. Christy was great to deal with and we would definitely stay again as well as recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful vacation rental

This was our favorite vacation rental during our two week Colorado trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed morning walks with our dog. The location is close to many activities. The landscaping is beautiful and we enjoyed the lovely fenced backyard every evening. The host provided many amenities. We appreciated the hard surface floors with a pet. The living room was very comfortable after a long day hiking.
