Pristine New Modern Bungalow At the Base of The National Forest; 1 Acre of land

Welcome to the Marmot! A New-Construction Modern Tiny House on an Acre of Land at the Base of National Forest. Literally walk to the lake, eateries, or the beautiful hike/bike trails to reservoirs, overlooks, and boulder fields. This 500 sf retreat has a quiet bedroom sporting a King bed, an adjoining bath with walk-in shower, washer/dryer and an open bright kitchen, dining and living room area. There's also a covered Patio with a grill to relax on and take in our spectacular starry nights. The Marmot is a perfect quiet retreat for two. Due to the home’s size, no more than three overnight guests, please. There is only one king bed and a third guest would need to bring a cot, blowup or sleep on the loveseat. Please inquire and request set-up before with us if you would like the travel crib provided or kids books/toys to be put out. Please check the pet fee line if bringing a pet so we can pay the cleaner for the extra cleaning time. Although rarely needed, during summer months only, a small room AC is available for $35/day. Please ask in advance if you'd like us to set that up. Thank you!
