This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.
Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Royale and is also available to book.

🏡 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a duplex. The other unit, Rockies Royale, is also available for rent! If you have a large group and need double the space, you can book both units for a total of 6 bedrooms!
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
