Denna unika moderna hem är perfekt för en avkopplande semester. Det ligger ovanför centrum Manitou Springs med delvis utsikt över Pikes Peak och en kort promenad till hjärtat av downtown Manitou Springs.

Hemmet har en vacker uteplats med en vattenfall, ett tillägg avslutades i 2007 av Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-dotter till Frank Lloyd Wright, med en bild fönster koncept, en tre våningar glasfönster med en passiv solenergi designkoncept. Denna arkitektoniskt mästerverk är en juvel i hjärtat av vackra Manitou Springs.

Very fun/interesting house. The view was fantastic and the sunrises w/coffee were amazing. Very close to town (3 minutes n drive/15 min walk) and tons to do in the area. Perfect for 3 days. We had a good time. Also appreciated the equipped kitchen. We were able to cook full breakfasts with no issues.

The view and location were great. The host was very communicative with any questions I asked. The only thing that wasn’t a 10/10 was the tiny showers in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. It’s definitely not something that would keep us from renting this place again.

Beautiful view!! Overlooking Manitou Springs, the Manitou Incline, and Pikes Peak. Close to town but all downhill then uphill without sidewalks all the way. Non-traditional house…really small bathrooms, no central place to relax and watch a movie or a game. We didn’t use the kitchen, so can’t speak to that. Primary bedroom was spacious with sofa, panoramic windows of the mountain range…but bed was a queen Murphy bed. For our purposes, it all worked!

I cannot begin to describe how breathtaking the mountain view from this property is and how wonderful the house itself is. A short walk down to a Hallmark movie like town. Just book it and get it over with.

We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

We had a wonderful experience! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on VRBO. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. The views are absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing the sit on the patio at night and see the town below. The host was wonderful and communicated extremely well. The property is definitely walkable to downtown but be prepared for some steeper slopes on your way back up to the house. We would definitely stay again!

Really stunning property. The upper and lower bedroom/bathroom layout is interesting, as there are very few doors. Worked out fine for girls getaway, but only because we all woke up at the same time. But the views are breathtaking and the proximity to town is very convenient (albeit a steep walk home.) Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views!

This house is so unique - we loved it! The windows, the landscape, the wildlife - just beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we hiked at Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Open Space. We loved the downtown area right by the house for dinners and ice cream. Overall just a great experience for my family. Thank you!

Magical Location

Magical location close to everywhere. A nice haven to come back and rest when my daughter had altitude sickness. Clean. Pretty. Safe. Only down side: if you are traveling with kids, make sure they each have their own bag or you will go up and down steep stairs a lot. Only one standard bathroom that you could use to shave your legs in. The other ones are tiny and claustrophobic like a tiny dorm. That was a disappointment. The third floor was very hot. But again, even with these set backs, it is a magical place and I am glad we stayed there. Views from kitchen table playing cards were awesome. I could have been done with visiting that area in two nights only. But we were thankful for the ample space to rest when we dealt with altitude sickness. Host was responsive and kind.
