Denna unika moderna hem är perfekt för en avkopplande semester. Det ligger ovanför centrum Manitou Springs med delvis utsikt över Pikes Peak och en kort promenad till hjärtat av downtown Manitou Springs.

Hemmet har en vacker uteplats med en vattenfall, ett tillägg avslutades i 2007 av Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, grand-dotter till Frank Lloyd Wright, med en bild fönster koncept, en tre våningar glasfönster med en passiv solenergi designkoncept. We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

We had a wonderful experience! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on VRBO. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. The views are absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing the sit on the patio at night and see the town below. The host was wonderful and communicated extremely well. The property is definitely walkable to downtown but be prepared for some steeper slopes on your way back up to the house. We would definitely stay again!

Really stunning property. The upper and lower bedroom/bathroom layout is interesting, as there are very few doors. Worked out fine for girls getaway, but only because we all woke up at the same time. But the views are breathtaking and the proximity to town is very convenient (albeit a steep walk home.) Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views!

This house is so unique - we loved it! The windows, the landscape, the wildlife - just beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we hiked at Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Open Space. We loved the downtown area right by the house for dinners and ice cream. Overall just a great experience for my family. Thank you!

Magical Location

Magical location close to everywhere. A nice haven to come back and rest when my daughter had altitude sickness. Clean. Pretty. Safe. Only down side: if you are traveling with kids, make sure they each have their own bag or you will go up and down steep stairs a lot. Only one standard bathroom that you could use to shave your legs in. The other ones are tiny and claustrophobic like a tiny dorm. That was a disappointment. The third floor was very hot. But again, even with these set backs, it is a magical place and I am glad we stayed there. Views from kitchen table playing cards were awesome. I could have been done with visiting that area in two nights only. But we were thankful for the ample space to rest when we dealt with altitude sickness. Host was responsive and kind.

Beautiful escape to the mountains

This property was amazing. Gorgeous views outside every window. Excellent location near shops and dining in Manitou Springs. Friendly community. Very close to Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. Perfect location for two parents and two teens. One of our best VRBO experiences.

Comfortable stay for family with children

The photos in the listing are very accurate, but the view of the mountains is far better in person. The home was modern yet cozy for our family of 4, including children ages 5 and 9, to settle in comfortably after long days on our feet. The home and neighborhood felt safe. The driveway entry was narrow and there wasn't direct access from the garage to the interior of the house but it was still very manageable. The host provided adequate info upfront and was responsive when needed. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Perfect house

Amazing house and location. We walked into town every day - short easy walk. The view was unparalleled and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Manitou Springs. The house had everything we needed and check-in was smooth. If we ever make it back, I would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views

Exceptional property. Location is fabulous and close to shopping and restaurants. The entire homes design is an experience in itself and every room has views of the incline and surrounding mountains. View House

The view is the highlight of the home! There are picture windows on every floor and in every room. We enjoyed the mountains, the deer, the cat, and the close location to everything. The only small thing was the bathrooms. They are tiny and the water pressure leaves much to be desired. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to visit again!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our second time renting The View House. The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and fun, and the owner thinks of every detail. Perfect weekend Getaway

What a wonderful weekend - we enjoyed downtown Manitou and loved being close enough to aLao enjoy the Garden of the Gods and the Springs. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beautiful mountain home

This is a lovely home with beautiful mountain views. Kitchen is well stocked. Deer come and visit the patio almost every morning. Great service, very clean, extra paper towels and trash bags available. They even shoveled the snow off of the sidewalks and driveway while we were there. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful location

Went for Christmas with my husband and kids (3 young adults) and my mom. Beautiful views, really unique and beautiful home. Very well stocked - we had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. Quiet neighborhood with quick walk to town. The way this house is laid out there is not a lot of privacy because it’s so open but as a family unit worked great.

Great Place for Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving in this unique property. The views were spectacular with easy access to a walk into town. The beds were comfortable and the unit is well equipped with everything that we needed. The host was easy to work with and very communicative. Can't think of a better way to celebrate the holiday!
