“Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! ”

“Everything went well and easy to check in. We got there after hours and staff helped us accordingly. Satisfied with our stay and the view is amazing. Jacuzzi is perfect as well. We forgot to book an extra night and we were helped in a timely manner. Thank you! ”

“I loved the feel of this porperty. It had that old cabin feel but with a nice updated bathroom and tv. The room had a strangw smell, but it's an older building, so its to be expected abd it wasnt overwhelming. I also really enjoyed having a patio and back door to the room. My son would just walk outside and play in the snow every day. The wifi wasnt slow, which was a plus because I brought my laptop to stream off of AND they already had an HDMI cable plugged in for me so I didnt have to fiddle...

“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness. Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. Rooms also have no AC which was almost unbearable during hot summer days. The worst con of them all is, however, that I was contacted after my stay because...

“Vi bodde i studiolägenheter under vecka 5 2012. Dom var 3,5 stjärnor av 5. Jag upplever rummen som jätte fina trots att det "bara" var studiolägenhet och resten av hotellet kändes även det mycket bra. Personalen var alltid mycket hjälpsam och det erbjöds även gratis shuttlebus inom Breckenridge. Det var mycket nära till liften vid Peak 9 och skidhyra, restauranger mm. Mycket nöjd. +++++++++ Dock fanns enbart wifi i receptionen.”
