“Location clean”

“Parking was tight - spaces somewhat narrow. I secured the last available spot for an automobile (but then I arrived at 1:15 a.m.). Room was clean, had a neutral aroma, but a bit small. Bed was full size, not a queen as requested. Included breakfast included a nice selection of hot and cold items, some fruit. Dining area was well arranged and had plenty of seating. The Best Western's location is very convenient for travelers using PVD airport.”

“Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel staff are very personable. I'm looking forward to the next time I'll be visiting the area so I can book another stay.”

“Äldre hotell. Okej frukost. Lätt att parkera. Rummet luktade lite instängt och heltäckningsmattan skulle behövas tvättas/tas bort.”

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the hotel manager’s behavior. At check-in, a front desk employee told me that the hotel would take care of the second night of my stay. “The staff were incredibly helpful and interested in making our stay great. Right off the hop they called to see if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything and again on checkout, incredibly pleasant. When you go into the room, all the drawers were open, indicating that they had been cleaned. Great pride taken by the team at this hotel”

“Everything was just right.”

“Nice place. Big room. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Had lunch on the porch. ”

“Rent och fint rum. Jättebra personal. Frukosten är inte så stor men den var bra. ”

“Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new.”
