“Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again”

“Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. “Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

I korridoren stark lukt med anledning av att flera av gästerna "rökt på", motellet långt ifrån Providence och mkt svårtillgängligt utan bil. “We truly enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that I needed to pick up the breakfast ticket from the from desk before going to have breakfast. I was asked for this ticket while having breakfast and was completely unaware of it. That should be explained when checking in.”

“Löser ett problem. New Port är oehört dyrt och hotellen är orimligt prissatta, detta ligger i utkanten av stan, stormarknaden är nära och motorvägen också.”

“Wonderful old school hotel. lovely grounds - area a bit run down but that's not the hotels fault. Only saw one little old lady working the 2 days we were there- super friendly - they had hot coffee in the morning but no food. The room was not old fashion I am happy to say with a big TV, a mini fridge and the best bed I have slept in for a while. I would stay there again!”

“Really nice cottage and beautiful grounds including the pool. It was great to be able yo walk over to the Winery next door for food & drinks. Like that it is away from the hustle of the waterfront but easy to go into the heart of Newport when we wanted. Would stay here again when returning to Newport.”

“Paid extra for a room with two beds and extra pullout couch. No blankets or linens provided for the couch and no one to help with anything. Not enough towels provided for number of guests stated. Had to go get those. We were only there one night but for an extended stay, nothing was provided. Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...
