“Nichole was so helpful. We were arriving after 7:30pm and she suggested the J Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock for dinner. She also made our check in after hours easy. This Hotel is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. We loved this historic hotel and the Railroad History. We slept in a comfortable post bed. It was more than a hotel it was also a museum for us. Recommend, recommend and recommend.”

“This a 19th century hotel and has been kept to period. Bed was great, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close train station and located in historic district. Great experience!”

“It was a very nice property to stay at. It was accommodating and met almost all of our needs. Tea bags in the room like the coffee provided would hand made it excellent. Also, the mattress is in desperate need of being replaced. It is worn out. Other than those concerns it was a very nice location.”

“The property was beautiful, in a great location with outdoor seating areas for the guests. The owner thought of just about everything you may need during your stay and made them readily available. The only complaint I have was the bed in the Van Gogh room. It was aweful. It was old, extremely uncomfortable and should have been replaced long before my stay.”
