“The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel”

“The staff was nice. The property is not in good condition. Peeling paint, stained toilet, the shower was difficult to turn on and off. Unpleasant smell. No breakfast, poor WiFi and even worse television. The pool wasn’t open. We paid $85 but $60 would have been more appropriate for a stay at this hotel which is more inline with a motel quality. ”

“The room was clean but overall basic. The bunkbed room for the kids was a fun feature. We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. We needed to ask for garbage bags (to empty our own garbage) and fresh towels. We understand the hotel was very busy (Easter weekend) but having our room attended to once would have been nice.”

“The pictures online really don’t reflect what the property looks like. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom.”
