Entry/Kitchen-
Upon entry, you’ll immediately know why our home is highly sought after. The stylish and modern kitchen is surrounded by high ceilings, open spaces, natural lighting, and an overall atmosphere that says, “Welcome. Enjoy your stay while you work.”
The kitchen itself is quaint and stocked with all you need should you decide to cook—we cut no corners in hospitality. In the cabinets, you’ll find all the utensils, platters, and accouterments needed to handle any sized meal. We hear that coworkers respond well to pancake breakfasts…

Dining Room-
At the rear of the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table that seats four comfortably. Serving more as a breakfast nook, grab a quick bite before heading into the day!
Conference Room-
Adjacent to the dining area is the conference room. The large glass table seats six easily, and with the SmartTV nearby you can present reports, go over strategies, and brainstorm with your coworkers with ease. The conference table can also serve as a larger dining table as needed.
In the same room are a few couches and TVs to accommodate your breaks!

Downstairs Patio-
Speaking of breaks, the backdoor in the conference room leads to the downstairs patio. Step out and enjoy the Columbian breeze. Outdoor furniture provided.
Primary Suite (King)-
While still downstairs, head towards the hallway and enter the primary suite on your left. Here find a king-sized bed and full private bathroom (detached). You’ll appreciate the care and attention we’ve given to cleanliness and accommodation after a hard day`s work!

Living Room-
After heading upstairs, you will first enter the living room. With a TV and a comfy couch, you can unwind a bit, relax, and take some time to get to know your workmates better.
The living room also has an adjustable office desk and the fold-out sofa can sleep one additional person.
Suite Two (King)-
Near the upstairs living room and in the hallway is the second suite. As pristine as the primary, this bedroom has a king-sized bed and also includes all the accommodations for a restful night’s sleep. Just as with the primary suite, the second bath is detached and located across the hallway.
Suite Three ( Queen)-
Just off the upstairs living room is a third suite with a queen bed. Shared with suite two is a bath with a large shower detached and located across the hallway.

Laundry-
Should you need to do some washing during your stay, a stackable washer/dryer unit is located behind the first closet door in the downstairs living room. Several laundry pods are provided for your stay.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
