The highlight was easily the breathtaking, unobstructed views of both the mountains and the river right from the property.Inside, the layout features an outstanding common area that is perfect for chilling out and dining with family or friends. The outdoor amenities are just as impressive, boasting a fantastic patio and spacious deck that are fully equipped for playing games and hosting a BBQ....

“Nice and cozy lodge at a great location by the river. Short walk to the Main Street where the restaurants are. Nice view of the mountains from the room.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.
Staff were nice and helpful. The free snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
It seems like some good people run this place. Would 100% stay here again next time I visit Golden.”

“Very nice propoerty, did not have much time to enjoy the beatiful views from the property due to our schedule and 1 nignt stay. Getting to the location after sunset can be a challenge, especially if there are repairs planned for approach bridge.”

“I forgot a bluetooth speaker in the room. I realized after unpacking in the next hotelroom and directly e-mailed. Did not get any respons and after sending one e-mail/day in three days the responded that it couldn´t be found. The staff has been helpful although respons could have been faster. Still I´like to make a note that the speaker dissappered.”

“For over $400, I expected more than a motel-style room with a dirty bathroom floor, the smell of old cigarettes and a solitary bath towel. The 12+ hour power outage was not their fault, but there was no offer of a flash light, wake up call, phone charger or anything else!”
