Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including high-speed Wifi, smart TVs, a washer/dryer, and on-site or nearby parking. A valid driver's license or ID and signed Rental Agreement are required after booking to receive arrival instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Neil Avenue in the heart of it all. Walk to Goodale Park just around the corner for a peaceful stroll, or the Short North Arts District for galleries, shops, and local restaurants. High Street nightlife with bars, patios, and live music is right outside your door, and Nationwide Arena and the Convention Center are just minutes away. Ohio State University is a quick drive or easy walk north.



Getting Around:

Nearly everything guests want to see and do in Columbus is within walking distance — Goodale Park, the Short North, and High Street are all a short stroll away. For destinations farther out, like Ohio State University or the airport, a car or rideshare is recommended. Free parking is available on-site.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
